1/4 beef will yield approximately 90 pounds of meat and will be a mix of the front and back halves. You will only be charged for the actual weight.
1/4 will all but fill a standard size freezer
1/2 beef will yield approximately 165 pounds and will be the entire side.
You'll need a chest freezer or dedicated upright freezer to hold all of this!
Yup, the whole thing. Approximately 325 pounds, custom cut however you’d like.
